Contact Patrick Horgan:

Patrick graduated from the University of Queensland in 2012 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Criminology and Psychology. He was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Queensland in February 2014. Since his admission Patrick has spent the majority of his time working in criminal defence.

Based on his knowledge and understanding of the law, advocacy skills and attention to his clients’ needs Patrick has built a strong reputation within the legal community. He understands the difficulty of negotiating the criminal justice system and strives to ensure that his clients are kept well informed during the progress of their matters – he is able to achieve this by remaining approachable and contactable to all of his clients at all times.

Whilst he represents clients in all types of criminal matters he has developed a vast amount of experience in sexual offences and offences of violence. Patrick regularly appears in various Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts across Queensland for his clients and instructs experienced and well regarded barristers to obtain the best possible outcomes for his clients.
